About This Site

This website is primarily informational. It may display inventory, but transactions often happen off-platform — via phone, SMS, email, Facebook Marketplace, eBay, Instagram, or other channels. Listings on this site do not constitute a binding offer.

If we add direct checkout functionality in the future, we'll update these terms accordingly.

Product Condition

We sell salvage motorcycles and used parts. All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is" unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing. We do our best to accurately describe condition, disclose known defects, and provide clear photos — but salvage and used items may have issues that aren't immediately visible.

We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that any item will meet your expectations unless specifically stated in writing for that transaction.

Fitment & Compatibility

It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that any part or motorcycle is compatible with their intended use. We'll share what we know, but we can't guarantee fitment for every application. Do your research before purchasing.

Pricing & Availability

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. A listed price is not a guarantee — it becomes binding only when both parties agree to terms for a specific transaction. Errors in pricing may occur and we reserve the right to correct them.

Payment

Payment terms depend on how the transaction happens. Sales through third-party platforms (eBay, Facebook Marketplace, etc.) are governed by those platforms' payment policies. For direct sales, payment terms will be agreed upon before the transaction is finalized.

Shipping & Pickup

Shipping methods and costs will be communicated before purchase. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the item is handed off to the carrier. For local pickups, risk transfers at the time of pickup. We are not responsible for carrier delays, damage in transit, or lost shipments — though we'll work with you to resolve issues where we can.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing before or at the time of purchase. If a return is authorized, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received.

If you believe you received an item significantly not as described, contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we'll work to find a fair resolution.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, 186MPH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of any product — including but not limited to lost profits, vehicle damage, personal injury, or downtime.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific item in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold 186MPH harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our site, your purchases, or your violation of these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, photos, logos, and watermarked images — is the property of 186MPH. You may not copy, reuse, or redistribute our photos or content without written permission. Watermarked images are explicitly not licensed for reuse.
